German Potato Salad by Shahrukh Sultan

Ingredients

• Potato (cut in cubes and boiled) ½ kg
• Onion (cut in cubes) 2 medium
• Capsicum (cut in cubes) 2 medium
• Tomato (cut in cubes) 2 medium
• Salt to taste
• Mustard paste 1 tbsp
• Mayonnaise ½ cup
• Sugar 1 tbsp
• Garlic chopped 1 tsp

Method:

• Make a paste with mayonnaise mustard paste sugar and garlic. Then add salt and all vegetables mix well. Serve it..
