Dry Chili Chicken


Ingredients
  • Boneless chicken 1 kg
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Green chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Green chilies chopped 3-4
  • Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Onions diced 2
  • Capsicum diced 1
Method
  • Marinate the chicken in soya sauce, egg, salt, pepper, flour, corn flour, half garlic and green chili sauce for 1 hour. Fry the chicken pieces till they are brown and keep them on kitchen paper to absorb the excess oil. Now in the same oil add chopped garlic, green chilies, fry for 2 minutes, now add fried chicken, onions and capsicum. Sauté on high flame, add all the half ingredients- salt, pepper, soya sauce and green chili sauce. Add 1/2 tsp vinegar. Serve hot with fried rice or noodles.
