Chicken in Lemon Garlic Sauce


Ingredients
  • Chicken breast fillets ½ kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Garlic, peeled and crushed 4 cloves
  • Lemon juice ¼ cup
  • Olive oil 3 tbsp
  • Parsley chopped 1 tbsp
Method
  • Season the flattened chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Mix garlic, lemon juice, oil, and parsley, roll the chicken breasts to coat them.Allow to marinate at least 1 hour. Drain the chicken, reserving the marinade. Heat oil and add the chicken breasts and let brown slightly, add the reserved marinade and let cook till done.
