Anday ki Bhurji


Ingredients
  • Eggs 6
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground pepper to taste
  • Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Onions, chopped 2
  • Cumin ground ½ tsp
  • Coriander chopped to garnish
  • Green chilies, thinly sliced 3
Method
  • Beat the eggs, salt, and pepper together in a bowl.Heat the oil and sauté the onions until tender and golden but not brown. Add the cumin and sauté. Reduce the heat to low and add the egg mixture. Stir frequently until the eggs are cooked as desired. Serve garnished with coriander and chilies.
